Grief Support: Meets the First Monday of each month, 6 to 8 p.m. at the United Way Building. A support group for anyone who is grieving the death of a loved one.

HypnoBirthing: A Celebration of Life Education for Childbirth, by appointment 562-7532. Upcoming class begins May 13.

IC Hope Adult Brain Tumor Support Group: Meets the Third Monday of each month, 6 p.m. at the Newman Center, 90 Broad Street, Plattsburgh. Call Kimberly Fulton at 593-7327 for information.

Look Good Feel Better: For women undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. Look and feel your best with tips from local beauty experts. Meets the second Monday of each month, 10 a.m. FitzPatrick Cancer Center. Free.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Support Group: Meets the third Monday of each month, 6 p.m. at the FitzPatrick Cancer Center. Open to all with leukemia, Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, myeloma, Waldenstroms Macroglobulinemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. Call 562-7534 for details.
