Adirondack SAFE KIDS Coalition - A coalition of community members, which work as a team to prevent unintentional childhood injuries.

Alice T. Miner Center for Women & Children - Support important education programs for patient and staff.

Ambulatory Surgery Center - Supports patient and staff educational programs.

April LaValley Fund - Assists families who have children with cystic fibrosis that need to receive care out of the area. The fund reimburses food and lodging expenses.

Cardiology Department - Support important patient and staff educational programs.

Chelsea's Rainbow Fund - Assists families who have children with cancer and need to receive care out of the area. The fund reimburses food and lodging expenses.

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit - This fund is dedicated to making a child's stay in the unit more comfortable by purchasing items that are safe, educational and entertaining.

Clinton County Women's Health Program - Provides coverage of annual pap, pelvic, clinical breast exams and mammograms to income eligible women in partnership with the Clinton County Health Department.

Critical Care Unit Fund - Supports important patient and staff educational programs for the unit.

David P. Reuter Free Helmet Fund - Each year bicycle helmets are purchased and distributed to children in the North Country free of charge.

Diabetes Education - This fund is used to support community presentations on diabetes.

Eat Dessert First - An annual event on the front lawn of the Medical Center which celebrates cancer survivorship.

Emergency Care Center - Provides funds to the ECC for important patient and staff information and programs.

Employee Education Fund - Allows staff to continue their education by attending conferences and seminars to further their knowledge and skills for patient care.

Families Helping Families Fund - Assists families from the North Country who find themselves in an emergency situation and need to unexpectedly travel out of the area. This fund provides an envelope containing necessities and emergency funds for families and will be distributed by social workers and emergency department personnel at CVPH Medical Center.

FitzPatrick Cancer Center - Funds important patient and staff education programs.

Fun On Wheels Bike Rodeo - An annual event held in May that teaches children how to ride a bicycle safely. Kids are required to complete a training course and then receive a free helmet.

HeartSmart for Kids Program - Through area schools, this program teaches kids the importance of living a heart healthy life style and how to do it.

Helping Hearts for Christopher Fund - Provides travel assistance to the family of baby Christopher Goheens who regularly travels to Boston for various heart surgeries.

H. K. Freedman Renal Center (KDU) - Provides important patient and staff education programs.

Lab Educational Fund - Provides the Lab with the necessary funds to send employees to various educational programs.

Medical Library - Supports the purchase of educational materials for the medical library.

Melissa Lahtinen Penfield Fund - Will provide assistance to organ donors and families who need to travel out of the area to make the donation. It will also support community education to promote organ donor awareness.

Mental Health Unit - Supports important patient and staff educational programs.

On the Job Network - Supports educational seminars for local employers and employees on work safety topics.

R2 ImageChecker - Contributions go to the purchase of the R2 ImageChecker, which is the first and only available computer aided detection system for mammography. Use of the ImageChecker can help ensure that breast cancer is caught at the earliest and most treatable stage.
