Unrestricted Giving

Unrestricted gifts allow us to fund a variety of projects throughout the year. Whether a donation is made in memory of someone, in honor of someone, because you or a loved one received great care at the Medical Center -or- because you believe in our mission, your gift helps fund the following:

Community Cancer Screenings - Free cancer screenings provided throughout the North Country to all who meet financial qualifications.

The Community Health Lecture Series - A series of community health lectures free and open to the public, check the Calendar of Upcoming Events for our next lecture.

Freedom From Smoking Classes - Offered five times throughout the year, this American Lung Association program helps smokers quit.

Girls Night Out - An annual event held in October to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is an evening of laughter and stress relief, which features a nationally renowned keynote speaker.

A Healthy Foundation Newsletter - A quarterly health magazine distributed by the Foundation of CVPH Medical Center.

Patient Care oriented Mini-Grants - Over $20,000 in mini-grants are distributed annually to CVPH departments to enhance patient care.

Senior Enrichment Day - A day for senior citizens filled with informative and motivational programs.

Women's Wellness Day - A day of lectures and activities dedicated to healthy living including a dynamic key-note, a great lunch and the chance to dedicate a day to yourself!
