A convenient location and quick service with a smile have made the CVPH Health Plaza the place to go for health care.
The CVPH Health Plaza is located in Plattsburgh across from Hannaford's on Plaza Boulevard, just off of Smithfield Boulevard and convenient to the interstate highway and Route. 3.
