Surgical services are provided at both our main campus and at our Ambulatory Surgery Center located in the CVPH Health Plaza. If possible always Advance Register. Regardless of which location you are to receive services, always comply with your physician's instructions concerning eating, drinking, and medications.

Surgery at the Main Hospital

Your physician will share with you a time to be at the hospital. Report directly to the patient and family waiting area located on the second floor. That is all you have to do. Volunteers and our staff will take care of everything else.

Surgery at the Ambulatory Surgery Center

The Ambulatory Surgery Center is located toward the south end of the CVPH Health Plaza on Plaza Blvd. Across from Hannaford Foods. Enter into the Ambulatory Surgery Center's main lobby and report to the receptionist. That is all you have to do.
