We’re the area’s largest employer, with 2,250+ employees – friends and neighbors – working together to achieve our mission to “provide quality health care for the North Country.”

Our team is always here to serve Plattsburgh and surrounding communities. We’re well-staffed, even during the worst weather emergencies. We’re at the ready for multi-casualty highway accidents and high-census periods. We’re also here for each other – supporting our coworkers during difficult times, raising funds where needed and helping out the local area any time we are asked.
