The EXPLORE Consortium (Experience & Professional Learning Opportunities Result in Excellence) is a collaborative effort of:

- Clinton County Public Health Department
- CVPH Medical Center
- Gamma Delta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Inc.

- Alice Hyde Medical Centr
- SUNY Plattsburgh
Its mission is to facilitate access to continuing eduction for health care practitioners in the North Country.
The EXPLORE events cover a variety of heath care topics and occur through out the year.
