Cardiac Rehabilitation & Exercise
Cardiac Rehabilitation - Phase I, II III
Cardiac Rehabilitation is a medically supervised program to help heart patients recover quickly and improve their overall physical, mental and social functioning. The goal is to stabilize, slow or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease, another cardiac event or death. CVPH offers three phases of specialized cardiac rehabilitation designed to meet your needs based on where you are at the time on the road to recovery.
The CVPH Cardiac Rehabilitation program is accredited by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
