We’re Here For You

Your health care needs didn’t stop when the COVID-19 pandemic started. We’re here for you – whether it’s an illness, injury, chronic medical condition or a regular wellness visit. CVPH’s Telehealth program offers you a convenient option to connect with your provider through a virtual visit, so you continue receiving the care you need.

CVPH’s health experts remind you not to delay needed care. Mild or moderate symptoms and chronic conditions can worsen without attention.

What is Telehealth?

You can use your phone, desktop computer, laptop or tablet to meet with your provider. It may involve a quick question over the phone or using video conference technology, similar to FaceTime or Skype, to meet with your provider.

Telehealth has been used successfully for decades as another way to provide health care.  CVPH and the UVM Health Network have offered video visits to provide a convenient and secure care option to our patients prior to COVID-19. In response to the pandemic, Telehealth has been brought to the forefront and we’ve expanded this offering across our primary and specialty care practices to meet your care needs.

How Can A Telehealth Appointment Help Me?

  • Convenience: You can see and talk with your provider from the comfort of your home.
  • Efficiency: Without the need to travel, you’ll save time and money.
  • Security: We use strict, HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing technology designed to protect your privacy and the security of your health information. Just like your provider’s office, your Telehealth visit is private and never recorded.
  • Priority: Connect with your provider when health concerns arise, especially if you have a chronic condition, such as diabetes or hypertension.
