Hello BABE (Birth and Beginnings Education)

Looking forward to the joys and rewards of parenthood can be exciting and worrisome. If you know what to expect, what is normal and how to interpret your baby's cues, your role as a parent will be easier and more satisfying.  Topics of discussion include:

  • The Unexpected
  • Vaginal & Cesarean Birth

  • Breast & Bottle Feeding

Classes should be completed four to five weeks before your due date.

They are scheduled once a week for five weeks from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Nature's Way Baby Cafe (Group)

2nd and 4th Thursday every month from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Location: Child Care Coordinating Council, 194 US Oval

No appointment is necessary. This class is free and open to the public. It is a place for mothers to get together regularly in a safe and welcoming environment to:
