The UVM Health Network - CVPH Pain Management clinic provides comprehensive assessment and treatment of acute and chronic pain. Our staff combines expertise and compassion with the latest technology to give you the care and support you need to gain control of your pain and return to a productive lifestyle.
Upon referral, patients are evaluated and a treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs to start them on the path to living their life with less pain. Our goal is to make sure you get the care and support you need to gain control of your pain, engage in your healing process and return to the activities you love.
