CVPH Project ECHO Treatment of Hepatitis C/HIV
This program highlighted best practices and evidence-based care for treating patients who are diagnosed with Hepatitis C or HIV. The intended audience was a cohort of individuals or practice teams, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Social Work, Behavioral Health, and Addiction Medicine Providers.
This program was offered at no cost to participants. Each session was approved for 1 CME AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.
This completed program was originally designed for:
- Primary Care MD, DO, PA, NP or Community Health Worker in Northeastern New York who wished to expand clinical knowledge and/or who had patients in need of a specialist referral for Hepatitis C/HIV.
Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital was accredited by The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
