CVPH Project ECHO Treatment of Hepatitis C/HIV

This program highlights best practices and evidence-based care for treating patients who are diagnosed with Hepatitis C or HIV. The intended audience is a cohort of individuals or practice teams, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Social Work, Behavioral Health, and Addiction Medicine Providers.

This program is offered at no cost to participants. Each session has been approved for 1 CME AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.

This model is right for you if:

  • You are a Primary Care MD, DO, PA, NP or Community Health Worker in Northeastern New York.
  • You have patients in need of a specialist referral for Hepatitis C/HIV.
  • You wish to expand your clinical knowledge base.
  • You are interested in free and engaging CME.
