Ability II Achieve

A Bridge Program for Adaptive Sports Integration and Programming through Skilled Physical Therapy Assessment and Treatment.

Our Goals

To empower youths and adults with physical disabilities to rediscover the athlete within themselves through improved overall mental and physical well being.

The How

Through a custom tailored abilities-assessment of strength, flexibility, balance, and interest for sports integration we create an individualized program of stretching, therapeutic exercises, agility training, dynamic functional mobility training, as well as assessment of equipment needs. We connect our clients with local resources, grant funding sources, and outreach for community activities for social networking.

Our Future

Plan to pursue Paralympic Club Status with Team USA with sponsored local “Clinic Days” for demonstration and trial of adaptive sports activities in a social environment.
