Tuition Assistance & Support
CVPH offers a variety of programs that can provide tuition & educational assistance for those seeking to grow their career.
As health care professionals, we approach our responsibility to care for our patients with pride and a promise to keep learning new ways to do it better. There are a variety of programs available that can provide tuition and educational assistance for those seeking to grow their career here while honoring that commitment.
These programs have specific eligibility requirements and can help support your personal and professional goals as a lifelong learner.
Educational Career Advancement Program (ECAP)
Grow your career at CVPH and support the health of your community.
The Educational Career Advancement Program (ECAP) offers financial assistance for education in exchange for a commitment to work here after completion. It provides funds that may be used for tuition, fee and expense reimbursement. You may also be eligible to work part-time or per-diem, while in school and receive a stipend to supplement your income.
This program is specifically for those pursuing high-need, hard-to-fill roles here.
For information about eligibility and program specifics please email Learning & Development.
As CVPH employees, we are the living legacy of William H. Miner’s contributions to health care in this region. ECAP supports Mr. Miner’s commitment to life long learning. The program is available to us thanks to the generous support of The William H. Miner Foundation. Learn more about his legacy.
