The Duo Kicks Off CVPH Summer Concert Series
The Duo, with John Seiden and Neil Wright, will perform Thursday, June 27 in The University of Vermont Health Network-Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital’s (CVPH) opening act of its annual Summer Concert Series. The event, which is free of charge, will take place from 6-7:30 pm on the hospital’s front lawn.
The Duo covers a wide range of music, including rock, jazz, country, pop and reggae. James Taylor, Sting, Bob Marley, the Beatles, Frank Sinatra and their own originals are just some of the groups attendees may hear music from at the open air concert. People can also enjoy an ice cream sundae bar for $3 per person, with the proceeds going to The Foundation of CVPH’s Janice McLean Fund. The program was established to support hospital employees in crisis.
Parking is conveniently located at the CVPH Medical Office Building on the Main Campus near the front lawn at 206 Cornelia Street. Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. No alcohol, smoking or glass containers are permitted.
The concert series, which is organized by The Foundation, also features Hang Tight on Thursday, July 25 and wraps up with Casey and the Locomotives on Thursday, August 22.
