Free event open to all offers access to CVPH experts, a variety of vendors

PLATTSBURGH, NY -- A Skin and Wound Care Product Fair will be held on Tues., June 24, from 4 to 8 pm in the first-floor auditoriums at the University of Vermont Health Network – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH).

This free event will feature wound, skin, and ostomy products from a variety of vendors. CVPH’s inpatient wound/ostomy team will also be available to demonstrate the use of products, answer questions, and connect participants with additional resources.

Committed to providing the latest therapies and education, the specially trained and dedicated CVPH team offers a wide range of wound, ostomy, and incontinence care and services. An outpatient ostomy clinic provides preoperative education and marking as well as continued support after surgery. CVPH Rehabilitation Services can also offer treatment options for those with incontinence concerns. Finally, an ostomy support group, open to anyone with an ostomy and their caregivers, is sponsored by CVPH and meets several times a year.
