What is a Hospitalist?
Hospitalists are physicians specializing in hospital-based medicine and coordination of care. Our Hospitalists work closely with your primary care physician and other highly skilled CVPH providers during your stay. This includes surgeons, specialty physicians and other members of your care team to ensure you always receive exceptional care.
Upon discharge, we will coordinate with your primary care physician to ensure a smooth transition home.
