CVPH proudly offers a variety of amenities to assist you during your hospital visit.
ATM
An automated teller machine is located in the main lobby near the Cashier's Office.
Cafeteria
The Garden Cafe, located on the first floor, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Click here for more information.
Vending Machines
Located at the rear of the cafeteria dining room, vending machines are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering a selection of snacks and cold beverages.
Patient Information
Our Patient Information Desk is on the first floor in our front lobby and is staffed from 8 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week. The attendant can help you with patient room and telephone numbers, directions and more. Contact the Patient Information Desk at ext. 7333 or call (518) 562-7333 from outside the hospital.
Gift Shop
Lori's Gifts is conveniently located on the main floor of the hospital. It offers fresh floral arrangements, balloons, plush stuffed toys, candy, and other gifts. You’ll also find cards, giftbags, books, magazines and personal care items. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am - 8pm. and Saturday and Sunday, 10am - 5pm. Phone Zones
At CVPH, cell phones may be used in lobbies, solariums and other non-patient care areas. A public telephone is also available on the first floor adjacent to the R-eleveator bank.
Charging Stations
With funding from The Foundation of CVPH, the Patient Experience Council offers charging stations in the Lobby, the FitzPatrick Cancer Center, 2nd Floor Surgery and ED waiting rooms. The stations provide the opportunity to charge phones, tablets or other devices in a convenient location.

Enjoy free Wifi throughout the hospital on our guest network.
