CVPH School of Radiologic Technology prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, familial status, gender identity or expression, age, genetic information, national or ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, domestic violence, victim status, criminal conviction, or any other characteristic or status protected by state or federal laws or policy in admissions, employment, and treatment of students and employees, or in any aspect of the business of the CVPH School of Radiologic Technology.

 

The Title IX Compliance Office and Human Resources are responsible to ensure that the CVPH School of Radiologic Technology complies with federal and state Equal Opportunity laws and regulations including Title IX.  The officers ensure that students, faculty and staff receive immediate redress if they believe that they have been a victim of violations of Equal Opportunity laws and policies because of their race, sex, religion, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.
