How To Live Well With Congestive Heart Failure

The program takes place at SUNY Plattsburgh, Yokum Hall, Room 200.

Guest speaker is Ann Laramee, clinical nurse specialist and nurse practitioner for the Cardiology and Palliative Care Services at Fletcher Allen Health Care. She is also adjunct faculty at the University of Vermont. Anne's area of expertise and research interests are heart failure, palliative care, evidence-based practice and health literacy.

How to Live Well With Congestive Heart Failure is part of the EXPLORE initiative and is underwritten by the Foundation of CVPH. It is hosted by the EXPLORE Cardiology Committee.
